More and more homes are being completed and people are moving in! Here’s what a few of Hurtle Grove’s newest residents had to say when we asked them the following questions:

1. What attracted you to Hurtle Grove?

2. What do you like most about living at Hurtle Grove (if you’ve moved in)?

“First time we drove to Hurtle Grove, we entered from Panalatinga Road. The moment we saw those big trees on both sides of Reynell Road, we knew this is a place like no other. And to my surprise there was a vineyard as well! Driving inside Hurtle Grove felt like home. Neat and organised – plenty of reserve and open spaces. I had a feeling that this is where we would settle down.

We purchased a Stage 4 release block. Land has settled, but we haven’t settled in yet. Currently, we are waiting for approval to build and counting down the days until we can say goodbye to our rental.” – Tariq & Neyama

“Having lived in the area for more than 40 years, we knew that the availability of quality land is limited. Flexibility to choose our own builder was also a huge deciding factor.

We love being part of a small community and Old Reynella has so much to offer in close proximity. Several amenities are within walking distance and the town has great historic significance. We couldn’t be happier with the choices we made.” – Carolyn

Stage 6 approvals are in the pipeline but if you can’t wait, contact the team at Ouwens Casserly to register your interest.
