It’s official! Civil construction is complete for all Stage 1 & 2 release blocks, settlements have occurred, and we have many excited landowners in our midst.

In early September, the first slabs were poured, marking the beginning of the construction phase. We look forward to seeing this part of the estate come to life over the coming months.

Stage 3 civil construction has commenced with an expected completion date of December 2022 (pending weather).

With only a few blocks remaining in Stage 4A, preparations are underway to release Stage 4B blocks to market in October.

Construction of the display village will be underway soon, with new homes expected to be completed by late 2022/early 2023. The 21 homes will be built by 13 of South Australia’s leading home builders: Bradford Homes, Burbank Homes, Dechellis Homes, Distinctive Homes, Fairmont, Hickinbotham, Metricon, Metro Homes, Oakford Homes, SA Housing Centre, Statesman Homes, Sterling Homes & Weeks.

Upon completion, Hurtle Grove’s Display Village will become the largest display village in Adelaide’s southern suburbs.
