There has been overwhelming demand for land in the Hurtle Grove development with Stages 1 & 2 being snapped up quickly.

Interest has been strong since the announcement of this highly sought-after project, with Development Manager Simon Cross saying location is key.

“Hurtle Grove is well placed with direct access to the city, beach, hills and the southern vales close by,” said Simon.

“Availability of quality land in the southern suburbs is limited and throw into the mix the ability to choose not only your allotment but also the builder you want – this is quite a unique combination” he said.

“Old Reynella has a great history and a promising future. Hurtle Grove residents will have access to established infrastructure, including schools, shops, recreation and transport.”

The Stage 1 & 2 Civil contract has been awarded to T & J Constructions. Civil construction will be commencing in October 2021 with the land expected to be completed in February/March 2022.

Simon said that the development team has adapted block sizes within the Stage 3 release to reflect current demand. We have also brought forward the Stage 3 land release to meet this strong market demand.

“The multiple offers received for the majority of blocks in Stages 1 & 2 have certainly guided us as to what purchasers are looking for in the area and we have adjusted land sizes to further suit the market” he said.

Simon went on to say, “There are 31 blocks in this stage and we expect another great response so my advice is to contact the team at Timms Real Estate to register your interest.”
