Hurtle Grove is really starting to take shape as the vision turns into reality.

The first blocks were released to market in 2021 and once completed, the estate will comprise some 240 homes over the 6 Stages.

So what is happening on site? The list is certainly growing!

• Civil works are complete for Stages 1-3 with homes under construction.
• Our first residents have moved into their new homes in Stages 1 & 2.
• The Display Home Village construction is progressing well with the first homes expected to be open in late 2023.
• Stage 1 landscape works are substantially underway. These works include the landscaping of the Burgoyne Drive/Haselgrove Boulevard reserve, an entrance statement with the project name and the Display Home village car park.
• Stages 4 & 5 civil works are progressing well and land titles in Stages 4 & 5 will be completed in late 2023.
• The perimeter fencing contract has recently been let for Stages 3-5.
• Landscape plans for the reserves in Stages 2 & 5 are in the design phase.
• Stage 6 land division design is underway. We are working with Council to ensure we partner with a quality builder to deliver town homes and smaller lot housing in this final stage.
